Modulo 1. Estrategia corporativa

Marketing and sales with AI.

Friday of Growth Strategy
Workshop #21

The year is almost over, and in 2024, we have seen how organizations must adapt to geopolitical changes, generational lifestyle shifts, and technological advancements.

The commercial management of organizations has undoubtedly undergone the most significant changes. A few years ago, the marketing, sales, technology, and customer service departments were completely independent. Today, they must operate at the same pace and have a joint plan for how to engage consumers in an omnichannel and hybrid era.

This November, we will dive into Module 6: Hybrid Commercial Systems. During this first week, the e-Workshop will focus on how marketing and sales have become highly technological, and the future looks even more technological for these departments. The advancement of AI in the commercial sector and for repetitive processes such as sales, contact centers, and customer service will be driven by AI.

Two years ago, at GIDCOMP, we held the Global AI Week. After meeting hundreds of experts from around the world, we invited them to create a program on AI applied to marketing and sales. You can find the details here, where we formed a Council of Management Consultants to develop diagnostics and adoption models for AI.

Marketing and sales with artificial intelligence (AI) can revolutionize your business. Imagine having a tool that not only optimizes your strategies but also predicts buying patterns and adapts the perfect message for each customer. AI already makes this possible by integrating into tools that maximize the effectiveness and personalization of every marketing and sales action.

But why should you consider AI as an essential part of your strategy? By implementing AI, you not only simplify and automate routine tasks but also gain access to a level of analysis that was once unimaginable, allowing you to spot trends, optimize the sales funnel, and improve your customers’ experience in real-time. And all of this while reducing the margin for error and the time spent on manual analysis.

Next Friday, we will continue with Module 6: Hybrid Commercial Systems, Demand Generation Systems. In this session, we will explore how to drive your business to consistently and effectively attract customers. You will learn strategies that optimize your brand’s reach, increase loyalty, and generate a continuous flow of potential customers. These systems are ideal because they allow growth with limited resources and better adaptation to market needs.

The e-Workshops take place every Friday online, live, with a duration of 3 hours, from 8:00 to 11:00 AM Chicago/CDMX time. During the first hour of the online session, we stream it live on my social media, where we review the topic with cases, methodologies, indicators, international best practices, book recommendations, movies, podcasts, and present the exercises to be carried out.
