Next Friday, we will continue with Module 6: HR & Operations Strategies, Climate Measurement & Employee Engagement. In this session, we will analyze the key strategies for measuring and improving organizational climate and employee engagement in your company. Mastering these concepts will allow you to identify the factors that impact motivation, satisfaction, and the sense of belonging among employees. With a data-driven approach, you will be able to implement effective actions to strengthen organizational culture, reduce turnover, and increase productivity. By applying what you’ve learned, you will not only contribute to the wellbeing of your teams but also foster a more positive, innovative work environment aligned with the strategic goals of the organization.

The e-Workshops take place every Friday, online live, with a duration of 3 hours from 8:00 to 11:00 AM Chicago/CDMX time. During the first hour of the online session, we broadcast live on my social media, where we review the topic with Cases, Methodologies, Indicators, Best International Practices, Book, Movie, and Podcast recommendations, and introduce the exercises to be completed.

The second hour is a private live online session, where participants break into small groups to complete the exercises hands-on. In the third hour, each brand presents its results to the entire group, and in a Mastermind format, we ask questions and suggest ways to enhance the actions of each brand.
