The executives of the most profitable companies do not allow the competition to set the parameters of their strategic thinking. In this case, they redefined their <strong data-start=\"582\" data-end=\"600\">cost structure<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"602\" data-end=\"625\">operating structure<\/strong>, and <strong
