The cases from Shark Tank series in the US, UK, Mexico, Colombia, etc., on YouTube, as well as thousands of websites and even ChatGPT to help classify types of businesses or propose a disruptive model for 2030, offer invaluable access to information.<\/p>

In the context of this week’s events, from BYD becoming the world\u2019s largest electric vehicle company to the international ransomware hack affecting over 500,000 businesses, as well as the OECD\u2019s global growth forecast of 2.4%, the question arises: What type of businesses should we collaborate with or seek partnerships with?<\/strong> What business units can we bet on to sell or invest in high-growth companies? The financial strategy in a digital context is very different during a recessionary period than during an expansive one.<\/p>

In this session, we covered the different business valuation methods<\/strong> so you can defend yourself when you go to Shark Tank or look for alliances among your Shareholders<\/strong> (internal stakeholders: Shareholders, Suppliers, Employees). Valuations aren\u2019t only for buying a company; they\u2019re also for adding internal allies. Moreover, they allow us to present with clarity the numbers and value of initiatives when pitching to Stakeholders<\/strong> (Clients, Governments, Universities, etc.).<\/p>
